Our commitment:

Ensuring all our customers receive the best possible experience when ordering Neuland products is our priority. All Neuland products are dispatched from the main warehouse in Eichenzell, Germany and delivered to the Inky Thinking warehouse in the UK. Inky Thinking arrange and pay for all freight fees and customs duty charges payable on products moving from the EU to the UK. Inky Thinking customers buy in the full knowledge that they will not be responsible for paying for any additional importation freight or customs duty costs. Customers simply pay the price that they see on the Shop page.

UK delivery:

* Orders over £100.00 will be delivered to the stated address FREE of charge.

* Orders under £100.00, will be delivered to the stated address at a charge of £5.00 (+VAT).

Depending on what the order contains, products will be either be posted via FedEx, ParcelForce, Royal Mail, or equivalent.

* Lighter parcels will be sent using First Class Royal Mail, to be signed for upon delivery.

* Heavier parcels will be sent via FedEx, ParcelForce or equivalent. All parcels will be tracked and must be signed for.

All orders placed on a working weekday will be posted out within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday or, at the weekend or, on a Bank Holiday will be posted out on a Monday morning or the next working day.

Inky Thinking reserves the right to change the postal delivery service used at any time without notice.

Packing:

As much as possible, recyclable and sustainable materials are used when boxing up and packing products; from cardboard boxes to paper stuffing and paper tape.

EU delivery:

Please note, as an official Neuland GmbH & Co. KG UK re-seller, we are not permitted to sell products outside of the UK. We are able to deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Returns:
